<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent thermal recording material capable of forming an image with no defect by preventing from being delivered in layers and preventing refuses or the like from sticking, and which has little curling and is easy to handling. <P>SOLUTION: This thermal recording material is composed of providing a thermal recording layer comprising a colorless or light-colored leuco dye, a color developer for developing the color of the leuco dye by heating, and a binder resin as a binder as main components on one face of a transparent substrate, and a protective layer comprising a resin thereon. In addition, on the other back surface of the transparent substrate, the first back layer comprising a resin which is soluble in an organic solvent and has a Tg higher that the Tg of the binder resin of the thermal recording layer, is provided, and the second back layer comprising a resin containing a quaternary ammonium salt and a resin fine particle is provided on the first back layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
