ANTIREFLECTION MEMBER AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE USING SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable antireflection member having low reflectivity by subjecting the member to antireflection treatment simultaneously with molding of a substrate.

SOLUTION: The antireflection member is formed with an uneven surface consisting of continuous patterns of projections having fine conical shapes on the surface of a translucent substrate 1. The uneven surface constitutes a diffraction surface of zero order with respect to visible light. The patterns of the uneven surface are molded at a transfer rate of ≥70% of the patterns of a mold.
