<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delay control device for generating a precisely corrected strobe signal. <P>SOLUTION: The delay control device is provided with a frequency multiplication means 10A for outputting a reference clock after multiplication obtained by multiplying the reference clock, a first delay element means 21 for inputting the reference clock after multiplication output by the frequency multiplication means, a second delay element means 30 for inputting the strobe signal taking in input data, and a delay element control means 22 for outputting the strobe signal after correction from the second delay element means 30 by capturing a delayed value of one cycle of the reference clock after multiplication and setting the delayed value to the second delay element means 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
