PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive exercise observation device by which a person can observe movement of a human body in exercise in real time without requiring a complex detecting device. SOLUTION: This exercise meter is to measure and visually display body motion of a user. A detection means 22 such as a potentiometer is attached to a joint of a user to quantitatively detect body motion of the user. The sensor 22 generates signals to display body motion. The signals are received by a processing means 30 combined to a display means 32 to display at least one image graphically displaying body motion of a user.
