PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transport device which easily restrains lowering of performance due to bubbles flowing together with heat transport fluid. SOLUTION: A circulation path 12 wherein heat transport liquid is subjected to forced circulation has a heat receiving part 13, a heat dissipation part 14 and a liquid pump 15, and has a plurality of bubble traps 16, 17. Bubbles separated from the heat transport liquid are stored in the bubble traps 16, 17 according to attitude change of the circulation path 12 and traps having the function to store bubbles which is effective separately to different attitudes of the circulation path 12 are used.
