PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water proof device for the upstream roof allowing to eliminate plain roofing of a projection passing through a roof formed in an intermediate part of a folded plate roof. SOLUTION: A mechanism for collecting the water with a water collecting sheet cylinder, which is formed to cover a shape of a folded plate, and for draining the water to other folded plate is housed in a box.
