PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a carburized product comprising members with different case depth, which reduces the time required for manufacturing and suppresses cost increase. SOLUTION: The method comprises a pre-carburizing step wherein a second carburized member before carburization is subjected to carburization to form a pre-carburized layer having a carbon infiltration depth smaller than that of a second hardened layer having a prescribed case depth, a removal step wherein the pre-carburized layer formed on a second joint on the second carburized member with which a first carburized member is engaged is removed through cutting, a welding step wherein the first carburized member before carburization is welded and fixed to the second joint on the second carburized member to form a welded product, and a carburizing, quenching and tempering step wherein the welded product is subjected to carburizing, quenching and tempering to form a first hardened layer with a prescribed case depth on the first carburized member and further deepen the carbon infiltration depth of the pre-carburized layer of the second carburized member to form the second hardened layer having the prescribed case depth.
