PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of improper folding such as folding of a corner of a sheet even if the curled sheet is conveyed when folding the sheet. SOLUTION: This sheet handling device is provided with a first folding roll 63 and a second folding roll 65 forming a loop on the sheet to be conveyed and winding the loop in to fold the sheet and a sheet guide part 100 protruding toward the second folding roll 65 at predetermined timing. The sheet guide part 100 is constituted in such a way that an end part of a sheet folding part formed by the first folding roll 63 is pushed into an inner side of the loop of the sheet when folding the sheet by the second folding roll 65.
