PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce transport cost, to facilitate support work, to easily and quickly perform transport work, to stabilize the attitude of a pipe material or a pillar material during transport, and to provide a long rigid member transporter capable of surely eliminating inconvenience such as a dropout. SOLUTION: A central part in the longitudinal direction of a long rigid member P is suspended and supported by a flexible long member 33 whose both ends are fixed to a horizontal member 10. Vertical movements on both end sides in the longitudinal direction of the long rigid member P are suppressed by a long elastic member 40 orthogonal to the horizontal member 10 so as to stabilize the attitude.
