PURPOSE: A beauty shop customer management system and method is provided to communicate customer data including data on each affiliated beauty shop and hair styles. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an affiliated beauty shop server(300) and a customer management server. The affiliated beauty shop server(300) manages customer data and hair style data. The customer management server receives the customer data and hair style data from the affiliated beauty shop server(300), gives a unique number to each customer and beauty shop, and manages beauty data for each customer and beauty shop. The affiliated beauty shop server(300) includes a network access module(310), a customer data manager(320), a customer data requester(330), and a customer data displayer(340). The network access module(310) communicates data with the customer management server. The customer data manager(320) inputs data on customers who visit a beauty shop, and transmits the input data to the network access module(310). The customer data requester(330) requests the customer management server to offer existing hair style data and sample hair style data. The customer data displayer(340) displays the beauty data, which is transmitted by the customer management server. |
