PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cosmetic providing a stable seeming color without being affected by a white powder, and hardly damaging the intensity of color development at coating which is a property peculiar to an oil-soluble dye when the white powder is formulated with the oil-soluble dye in a preparation. SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic is obtained by formulating the oil-soluble dye, an organic acid and the white powder for the cosmetic. The formulated proportions of the oil-soluble dye and the organic acid are 0.001-1 mass% and 0.001-1 mass%, respectively, and the mass ratio of the oil-soluble dye to the organic acid is (10:1)-(1:10).
