PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of easily attaining two-color separation without the need for using special application software and suppressing effect of black by limiting production of a black dot even when two colors are simultaneously set in pixels of each of color data after the two-color separation so as to reproduce an intended color. SOLUTION: The image processing system is characterized in that the system applies two-color separation by deciding a density of black and a density of colors other than black in response to a hue or a saturation in color information of a target pixel and controls production of the black dot so as to suppress the effect of black thereby attaining two-color separation into an intended color when two colors of each of the color data after the two-color separation are simultaneously set.
