PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition which can be applied at a low viscosity without using an organic solvent, can use various reactive diluents since it has a good compatibility, and can continuously form a cured film which is excellent in transparency, scratch resistance and antifoulancy, has a low refractive index and can exert a good anti-reflection effect. SOLUTION: An alkoxysilane derivative can be obtained by subjecting a hydrolyzable alkoxysilane and/or its condensate (a), and a fluorine-containing alcohol (b) and an alcohol (c) having at least one polymerizable functional group to dealcoholization.
