A display system has a support panel (10) having a plurality of rectangular grooves (11) extending thereacross, for receiving a carrier (17) at a chosen position. The carrier (17) has a shaft (18) with a helical rib (22) formed thereon, the diameter across the rib (22) being greater than the width between the side walls (13,14) of the groove (11), but the shaft having a relieved portion (23) along its length so that the dimension across the relieved portion is narrower than the width between the groove side walls (13,14). The shaft (18) may be inserted into a groove (11) when the relieved portion (23) is aligned with the side walls of the groove and then on turning the carrier (17), the rib (22) engages the side walls and secures the carrier into the groove. A bracket (40) for products to be displayed may be held to the panel (10) by the carrier (17).
