<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma lighting bulb which can intercept electromagnetic waves. <P>SOLUTION: This plasma lighting bulb for emitting light is composed of a transparent body (glass or plastics) and a pattern of the groove of a prescribed depth (it is formed on the surface of at least either an outer face or an inner face of the bulb, with either a shape of a semicircle, a V-shape, or one of the polygons for example a hexagon) is formed on the surface, and a metal material (either one of copper, aluminum, or copper coated with silver) is formed in this groove region.
