<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of preventing the degradation in luminance by forming stable multiple domains while preventing the degradation in an aperture ratio. <P>SOLUTION: A thin-film transistor (TFT) display plate includes an insulating substrate 110, a first signal line 121, a second signal line 171, a pixel electrode 190, and TFTs (123, 140, 173, and 175). The first signal line 121 is formed on the insulating substrate 110 and extends in a first direction. The second signal line 171 is formed on the insulating substrate 110 and intersects with the first signal line 121 by being insulated therefrom and has a bent portion and a portion extending in a second direction. The pixel electrode 190 is formed by each of the pixels. The pixel is defined by the intersection of the first signal line 121 and the second signal line 171. The TFTs (123, 140, 173, and 175) are connected to the first signal line 121, the second signal line 171 and the pixel electrode 190. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
