ONE PIECE SLIDING BRAKE CALIPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology by the simple design of a one piece caliper housing.

SOLUTION: A caliper assembly has the one piece caliper housing with first and second walls opposed to each other. A pair of bridge side walls connect the first wall to the second wall. A bore for accepting a piston assembly is formed in the first wall. Openings are formed between the first wall and second wall and the pair of bridge side walls to allow an access into a caliper body. At least one aperture is formed in the second wall and continued to the openings to allow an access into the caliper body.
