摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate regenerative control employing CVCC control while reducing cost and enhancing stability and reliability. SOLUTION: A CV controller 50 generates a current command value (Icv) for controlling the voltage of a discharge path 60 to a target level based on a voltage command value (Eref=upper limit charging voltage value OV) designated by a host controller 30. A comparison processing section 52 compares the current command value (Icv) designated by the CV controller 50, a current command value (Iref) designated by the host controller 30, and a preset upper limit current value (Iccmax) and a lower limit current value (Iccmin) and then determines a current command value (Icc) fed to a CC controller 54 based on the comparison result.
