PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic unit with connector facilitating mounting/demounting of an electric connecting body (the electronic unit) on/from a mating connecting component, and enhancing fitting capability and maintainability. SOLUTION: The electronic unit 12 is installed on one side and a relay connector 25 for being connected to a connector fitting part 36 on an apparatus side is installed on the other side, a transmission control unit 20 transmitting a driving signal to an actuator such as a motor by receiving a transmission signal is contained in the electronic unit 12, a relay terminal 28 electrically connecting the actuator and the transmission control unit 20 is housed in the relay connector 25, and the electronic unit 12 is demountably mounted on the relay connector 25. An locking part 32c engaging with a connector fitting part 15 on the unit side is installed on one side of a wall part of the relay connector 25, and a locking part engaging with a connector fitting part 36 on the apparatus side is installed on the other side of the wall part of the relay connector 25.
