PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a written instruction retrieval device for retrieving a written instruction that is allowed to be used by a user on the basis of user information, a written instruction performing device, a written instruction management system having the written instruction retrieval device and the written instruction performing device, and a written instruction retrieval method for retrieving the written instruction that is allowed to be used by the user. SOLUTION: The written instruction retrieval device 104 of the written instruction management system 10 retrieves information on a written instruction management device for storing the written instruction that is allowed to be used by the user on the basis of user information (step 314) and transmits the written information on the written instruction management device to the written instruction performing device 102 (step 316).
