PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for avoiding simultaneous driving of each actuator in control of a plurality of actuators. SOLUTION: This controller for drive-controlling a plurality of actuators has a priority order control function for driving the actuators in descending order of priority, when driving an actuator with higher priority in driving of an actuator with lower priority, driving the actuator with higher priority after temporarily stopping the drive of the actuator with lower priority, and restarting the drive of the actuator with lower priority order which is temporarily stopped after ending the drive of the actuator with higher priority.
