PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine capable of positively preventing fraudulence by drawing a part of bills from the change of bills. SOLUTION: In a ticket vending machine automatically selling railway tickets and delivering a plurality of change bills to a bill delivery slot in a laminated state, when retrieving change bills which a user has forgotten to take into an interior, the number of retrieved change bills is checked, and an attendant is notified when it does not match with the number at delivery.
