PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical tray used for a labeling device capable of continuously and automatically affixing label seals to a plurality of cylindrical outer circumferential surfaces. SOLUTION: The cylindrical tray comprises a tray body part R to align and hold a plurality of ampoules A, and a partition plate S to partition the tray body part R. The tray body part R has a plurality of V-shaped grooves R3 to align and hold the ampoules A in a horizontal condition, and an opening part R5 to pick up the ampoules A by a pickup means of the labeling device is formed in each V-shaped groove R3.
