PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactly constitute a plurality of display units of a display device for a vehicle. SOLUTION: A screen of the first unit 6 for switching and displaying various kinds of information on the vehicle and a screen of the second display unit 7 for displaying various kinds of information on the vehicle are displayed by being superimposed by a half mirror 14. The half mirror 14 is arranged on the front surface of the first display unit 6 and superimposes and displays images of the two display units 6 and 7 by transmitting images of the first display unit and reflecting images of the second display unit 7. Since the first display unit 6 and the second display unit 7 are not required to be arranged side by side, an angle of depression does not become large, even if the screens are increased in sizes, and the display device for the vehicle easy to be seen by a driver can be obtained.
