摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a circular oblique light emitting device surely supporting a wiring board without using any specific jig corresponding to a circular arc-shaped wiring pattern on which light emitting elements are to be mounted, improving the workability of soldering, eliminating the troublesome exchange and management of jigs, preventing the wiring board from loosening and distortion when soldering by a flow soldering device. <P>SOLUTION: A flexible wiring board (1) formed into a meandering belt shape by continuously developing a plurality of arcuate band type wiring patterns (6), corresponding to a shape of the surface obtained by developing a truncated conical shaped surface functioning as a surface on which light emitting elements are arranged when cut into a pattern shape of a base film (5) having a prescribed shape, is used for a base film (5).
