<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for Tofu processed products causing no freezing injury, wherein the material is obtained by freezing Tofu, preserving the obtained and defrosting the preserved, to provide several kinds of Tofu processed products mainly comprising the Tofu, and to provide several kinds of Tofu processed products using the obtained material for Tofu processed products. <P>SOLUTION: The Tofu processed products causing no freezing injury are obtained by kneading a mixture of steamed Tofu, salt, edible oil and vinegar to be pasty and quickly freezing the obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
