<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic request for decision system capable of easily confirming entire picture of the document of a request for decision even without using a large screen display. <P>SOLUTION: A person in charge instructs "completion" from the input part of a terminal of the person in charge when a fact that storage frequency of deliberation document printed matters which are preliminarily collectively printed is consistent with storage frequency of deliberation document data which are listed and displayed on the display is confirmed.
