<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a program for labor management that can efficiently manage a working site and working hours of a worker. <P>SOLUTION: A management computer 21 records installation data correlated to a construction identifier, a work management terminal identifier, an installation period and a removal period in an installation data storage part 22. In addition, the management computer 21 records work result data correlated to the work management terminal identifier, a worker identifier, work-started date and time and work-finished date and time, received from a work management terminal 31 in a work result data storage part 23.
