<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout capable of preventing a steel from corroding in a PC (prestress concrete) structure by a salt permeated into a concrete. <P>SOLUTION: This grout contains a cement, a silica fume, a cement dispersant mainly comprising a polycarboxylic acid-based polymer compound, an organic shrinkage reducer, and water, and the content of water is 25-38 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. total of the cement and the silica fume, and the cured product of the grout satisfies at least one of the conditions (1) and (2); (1) the permeation depth of the salt by the test method of permeation depth of chloride ion to a surface coating material specified by JSCE-K524-1999 is not greater than 6 mm for a material of 28 days old, and (2) the permeated quantity of electric charge by the test method of rapid chloride permeability specified by ASTM (American Society of Testing Materials) C1202-97 is not higher than 5,000 coulomb for a material of 91 days old. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
