PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an LVDS circuit which can select a minimum driving current value of a driver circuit which fulfills specifications and attain reduced power consumption. SOLUTION: A bias circuit is provided with; a constant current generating circuit which generates and outputs a prescribed constant current; and a bias current generating circuit section which outputs bias currents different in current values generated from the constant current outputted from the current generation circuit section according to the set value. The bias current generating circuit section has a plurality of transistors for current supply, and outputs the bias currents different in current values generated by selecting and activating at least one of the transistors according to the set value.
