PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black-and-white image forming silver halide photosensitive material for photographing which is adapted to development of a color photographic system by a negative-positive system and ensures easy printing on photographic paper. SOLUTION: The black-and-white image forming silver halide photosensitive material is colored orange. This black-and-white image forming silver halide photosensitive material has a print level equal to that of at least one of silver halide color photosensitive materials subjected to a color photographic system by a negative-positive system.
