PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables urine, discharged in various conditions, to be guided to a proper position, in the arrangement of a sensor which enables the urine to be detected in consideration of directivity of a microwave Doppler sensor. SOLUTION: A urinal cleaner is equipped with a valve which enables the supply of flushing water to a urinal body, the microwave Doppler sensor for generating a differential signal depending on a difference between a frequency of a transmitted microwave and that of a received signal, a urine flow detecting means for detecting a urine flow from the output of the microwave Doppler sensor, and a control means for opening/closing the valve depending on the result of the detection of the urine flow detecting means. The urinal flusher is characterized in that a recognition means different in color from peripheral parts is provided in an area wherein the urine flow can be detected by the microwave Doppler sensor on a surface of a bowl part of the urinal.
