PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber-modified copolymer resin having excellent transparency and practical impact strength and good hue even by molding at≤250°C and provide a molded article of the copolymer resin. SOLUTION: The rubber-modified copolymer resin is produced by copolymerizing a styrenic monomer and a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer in the presence of a rubbery polymer. The volume-average particle diameter (dv) of the rubber particles dispersed in the resin is 0.4-1.6μm, the weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of the matrix is 90,000-180,000, the melt mass-flow rate (MFR) measured in conformity to JIS K7210 is 3.5-20 g/10 min, the Vicat softening temperature (VST) measured in conformity to JIS K7206 is≥80°C, and the Charpy impact strength measured in conformity to JIS K7111 is≥5 kJ/m<SP>2</SP>.
