PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet handling device capable of easily preventing the occurrence of collision of sheets and paper jamming between each number of sheets related to post-processing without increasing size of the device and reducing productivity to perform post-processing smoothly even when post-processing is continuously performed for a plurality of sheets while, in particular, the plurality of sheets are overlapped. SOLUTION: When post-processing is continuously performed by a post-processing means for delivering predetermined number of sheets in a condition of a bundle of sheets after stacking them on a handling tray one by one in order and performing predetermined post-processing, a control means is provided to change a feeding interval when a final sheet of the preceding bundle of sheets and at least a head sheet of the following bundle of sheets are fed onto the handling tray from a sheet conveyance passage by deceleration of conveyance speed of a sheet conveyance means or temporary stop of the conveyance operation in accordance with processing time of the post-processing means.
