PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise prevention mechanism in a massage machine preventing the operating noise of a mechanism part incorporated in the massage machine such as a massage chair, a bed or the like in a low-cost and simple structure. SOLUTION: This massage machine is so constituted that, at least, a pair of upper/lower rotating wheels rotatably equipped in the left/right of the mechanism part 6 are engagedly retained to respective guide rails 21 and 21, which are incorporated and disposed in the both sides of the massage machine body 1, so that the mechanism part 6 having therapeutic elements 61 along the pair of guide rails 21 and 21 can movingly travel. Elastic rotors 7 interposed obliquely respectively are provided between the mechanism part 6 and the respective guide rails 21 and 21 and the operating noise when moving the mechanism part 6 is absorbed by the elastic rotors 7.
