METHOD FOR MAKING A COMPONENT COMPRISING AN ELECTRODE AND A RIGID JOINT AND RESULTING COMPONENT

The invention concerns a method which consists in: depositing the electrode (1) on a support (2), depositing a hardenable material (3) on the support (2) at the periphery of the electrode (1) and positioning the coating layer (4) over the entire assembly including the electrode (1) and the hardenable material (3). The assembly is then compressed between the support (1) and the coating layer (4). After the hardenable material (3) has been hardened, the support (2) and the coating layer (4) are removed. The deposit of the hardenable material (3) may include depositing a glass fiber mat on the support (2), at the periphery of the electrode (1), and depositing a resin covering the glass fiber mat and impregnating it.
