A leakless absorbing pad for male, comprising a liquid permeable top sheet (1), a back sheet (2), an absorbent (3) disposed between these sheets, and a pair of liquid impermeable gather sheets opposed to each other on the top sheet. A liquid permeable auxiliary gather sheet (10) is extended from one gather sheet (5) to the other gather sheet (4) between the top sheet (1) and the gather sheets (4) and (5), and an opening (6) for inserting a male sex organ is formed by the auxiliary gather sheet and the other gather sheet (4).
