摘要 PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescent device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to maximize the full-color emitting efficiency and reduce the power consumption by forming anode electrodes of different thickness according to colors. CONSTITUTION: An organic electro-luminescent device includes a plurality of stripe-patterned anode electrodes. The stripe-patterned anode electrodes are formed with anode electrodes of different thickness according to colors. The anode electrode for generating blue light has the thickness of 500 to 1500 angstrom. The anode electrode for generating green or red light has the thickness of 1000 to 2000 angstrom. Anode electrode patterns of different thickness according to colors are formed by using a mask for sputtering anode electrode materials.
