摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly productive system and method for manufacturing and evaluating an electrolyte and an electrode material for a solid oxide fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises a base plate (106), an automatic sampler which can simultaneously control the flow rate of two or more solid oxide fuel cell components, a supplying device, a mass flow rate controller (124), x-y translocation stage (126), and a microprocessor which can control the system.
