<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility maintenance managing system/method/program/recording medium for supporting the enhancement of the efficiency of a general task in a facility maintenance department to realize the stable operation/operation rate improvement and the maintenance task at the optimal costs of the facility. <P>SOLUTION: This facility maintenance managing system is configured to unitarily manage the regular maintenance, post-maintenance and modified maintenance of a producing facilities on the basis of a budget. This system is provided with: a storage means (hard disk device 20) for imparting ID to each of the elements of the respective management items of maintenance plan management 15, maintenance information management 16, budget/expense management 17, parts inventory management 18 and maintenance person in charge management 19 associated with the facility maintenance, and for dividing them for each management task information by associating them with the ID for storage; and a calculating means (control part 2) for calculating the maintenance period, parts inventory and maintenance person in charge.
