摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor unit capable of improving detection precision in a stationary state or substantially stationary state under the condition where a detection object is in a close distance with respect to a sensor part, and to precisely conducting determination as to an approach/separation of the detection object. <P>SOLUTION: This sensor unit is provided with the sensor parts provided with an oscillator for generating a transmission wave emitted to an outside, a branching part for dividing the transmission wave from the oscillator into the first transmission line and the second transmission line, a coupling part for coupling the divided transmission lines, an antenna part for transmitting the transmission wave coupled in the coupling part, and for receiving as a reception wave a reflected wave reflected by the detection object, and mixer parts provided respectively in the first transmission line and the second transmission line, and for generating output signals obtained by interference of the received waves, and constituted to bring a phase difference between the output signals from the two mixer parts into 90°, and a determination part for determining the presence of a body, based on a variation with respect to an optional reference value of outputs from the two sensor parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
