PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for detecting illegal client equipment and its program. SOLUTION: One of a plurality of computers 31-nis provided with an authentication server 4A which comprises a function to generate authentication information in advance for authenticating itself and other servers and to provide the generated authentication information to a monitoring server and client equipment 5. One of the plurality of computers 31-nis provided with an monitoring server 4B which comprises functions to record the fixed IP address of service equipment 6, to record the variable IP address of the client equipment 5 which has provided the variable IP address in start, to periodically acquire the variable IP address and the fixed IP address from the client equipment 5 and the service equipment 6 in operation and to remove the recorded fixed IP address out of the acquired variable/fixed IP addresses in order to perform authentication based on the authentication information with the client equipment 5 which provides the rest of variable IP address.
