PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slim power supply unit and its manufacturing method capable of achieving further miniaturization and slimming than a conventional one. SOLUTION: In this DC power supply unit disposed with parts necessary for power conversion such as semiconductors for power supply, inductors and capacitors, respective constituent elements are constructed into a layered structure and are connected in combination with wiring patterns and flip-chip wiring on a mouting substrate.
