SOFT GROUND IMPROVING MACHINE AND SOFT GROUND IMPROVING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft ground improving machine and a soft ground improving method, improving the work efficiency of soft ground improvement work. SOLUTION: A stirring machine is fitted through an articulated arm to a working machine body formed by installing an upper revolving structure on a lower traveling body through a revolving gear. The poor soil improving machine includes: a vertical movement control device 28 for vertically moving up and down the stirring machine fitted to the articulated arm; and a horizontal movement control device 29 for horizontally moving the stirring machine. The stirring machine is composed of: the revolving gear fitted to the forward end of the articulated arm and provided with a revolving motor enabling horizontal revolving; a horizontal shaft type stirring body fitted below the revolving device through an elongated support; and a motor fitted to the support to drive the stirring body. The stirring machine pushed into the ground is horizontally moved and simultaneously forced to perform stirring and impregnation operation by the vertical movement control device 28 and the horizontal movement control device 29.
