PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a generator having an extremely simple structure capable of generating power utilizing natural energy such as water power and wind power. SOLUTION: A plurality of sets of electromagnetic induction coils which are formed by annularly arranging and fixing a plurality of unit coils orientated in the rotating-shaft direction are mounted at fixed distances from a rotating shaft and is constructed so as to rotate integrally with the rotating shaft, and permanent magnets are suspended so as to be turnable at the shaft center of the annular arrangement so as to cross center lines of the annularly arranged individual unit coils.
