PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic image regenerating program which can easily regenerate a dynamic image of real time delivered to many persons at the same time, and to provide a user device and a dynamic image delivering system. SOLUTION: Continuous dynamic image data are divided into a plurality of blocks and delivered by a delivery server 3 as a dynamic image delivery side. The received dynamic image data are sequentially displayed while cyclically continuously storing the received dynamic image at a block unit in a memory at a portable terminal 5 and a user PC 6 as a reception side. Thus, the continuous dynamic images are regenerated real time as a series of data. The continuous dynamic images can be surely received/regenerated at the reception side by advance notifying before the dynamic images are delivered. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
