PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board with a built-in high pass filter capable of providing a sufficiently high attenuation at a frequency region lower than a pass band of a surface acoustic wave filter element by connecting the built-in high pass filter to a transmission input side of the surface acoustic wave element. SOLUTION: The wiring board with the built-in high pass filter is provided with: a base body with a plurality of layered dielectric layers 1 to 6; a cavity 7 formed on an upper side of the base body and containing the surface acoustic wave filter element; and the high pass filter built in the inside of the base body and electrically connected to the transmission input side of the surface acoustic wave element. The wiring board can provide a sufficiently high attenuation at a particular frequency in a frequency region lower than the pass band of the surface acoustic wave filter element to thereby attenuate an unnecessary signal at the frequency band lower than the pass band.
