摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure a period of a high-frequency signal, to reduce costs for a circuit, and to reduce weight. SOLUTION: The input high-frequency signal is binalized by a comparator 1 to be input into a delay element 21 in the first stage of a delay element group 2. The pulse signal input into the delay element 21 in the first stage is delayed by total delay time of the delay elements to be output from the final stage delay element 2n. A trigger signal generating part 3 generates a trigger signal when an output of the final stage delay element 2n comes to 1, and respective storage parts 41-4n store outputs (binary signals of one bit) of the respective delay elements 21-2n in the time point when trigger signal is generated. The binary signals stored in the storage parts 41-4n are added in an addition counting part 5 to be output as period information of the high-frequency signal input into the comparator 1.
