PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of smoothly and rapidly transmitting cool heat to a heat using apparatus and reducing equipment cost by shortening an operation time for air bleeding. SOLUTION: This cooling device 50 comprises a circulation line 53 for circulating a secondary refrigerant therein, a secondary refrigerant pump 55 for circulating the secondary refrigerant to the cool heat using apparatus 52 to be cooled, and a reservoir tank 56 regulating the amount of the secondary refrigerant. The cooling device also comprises a bypass line 80 supplying the cool heat generated by a refrigerator 54 to the equipment to be cooled by circulating the secondary refrigerant to the circulation line 53 and allowing the circulation line 53 to communicate with the reservoir tank 56 and a bypass valve 81 opening/closing the bypass line 80.
