PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability and weatherability of a canceling sound generating means for an active noise reducing device and an active sound insulation wall using the same. SOLUTION: The active control noise reducing device equipped with a noise detecting means of detecting noise and the canceling sound generating means of canceling the noise according to the detected noise is characterized in that the canceling sound generating means includes a flat plate type vibrating board and an exciter exciting it.
